Welcome to Kinblethmont
Kinblethmont (pronounced kin-bleth-mont) has captured our hearts and we hope it will capture yours as well. The estate is set in the fertile rolling Angus countryside. The main house and cottage nestle in the tranquil policy woodlands in the centre of the arable farmland. Birdsong, deer and red squirrel are abundant. There are woodland walks and our sheltered walled garden with childrens' play area, table tennis and places to play traditional lawn games.
Kinblethmont is a wonderful base for exploring Angus and Scotland generally. Angus is blessed with natural playgrounds; the hills and glens, rivers and beaches and man made ones, notably golf courses. The area is steeped in history from, the Pictish origin of scotland, through the declaration of Arbroath to the ship building of the Discovery and the jute industry of Dundee. This results in many fabulous visitor attractions.
The world famous Black Angus cattle were bred here and that distinctive quality of produce is still evident. The delicious Arbroath Smokie is the headliner of the amazing seafood available in the area.
