We are very pleased with this conversion of the old stables for Kinblethmont House and have used high quality materials throughout from the solid oak staircase to the polished granite work surfaces in the kitchen.

The main features of the Stables are the open plan living area with views into Kinblethmont woodlands, spacious comfortable bedrooms with pictures windows and the original artworks from Kinblethmont Gallery.

The Stables is kept cosy and warm with underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs – all fuelled by woodchips from Kinblethmont estate. It is attached to ‘Kinblethmont Coach House’ which has its own entrance and parking at the opposite end of the building and its own private garden areas.
