Accommodation is on one level and has full central heating. it comprises

• Bedroom 1 - Double bedroom with king sized double bed
• Bedroom 2 - Twin bedroom with two single beds. The two beds can be joined together and made up as a large double bed - please ask.
• Bathroom with electric shower
• Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, separate freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave.
• Cosy sitting room with gas fire, digital TV/ DVD player with freeview and mini music/radio system
• Dining room with dining area and daybed (can be used for extra sleeping accommodation).
  

To the rear of the house is a spacious private garden with shrubs and plum trees giving onto the mature woodlands of Kinblethmont estate. There is a large enclosed section of the garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ.

Kinblethmont lies in the heart of rural Angus on the East coast of Scotland and is very accessible being only 30 minutes from Dundee.The area has much to offer visitors including

• Golf - Carnoustie and St Andrews close by, Letham Grange on the doorstep and many othercourses close by
• Beaches - Lunan bay - a huge expanse of dune backed sandy beach 10 minutes away.
• Castles - Glamis Castle, Scone Palace, Dunnotar Castle, stirling Castle
• Hill Walking in the Angus Hill
• The area is particularly suitable for cycling
• Bird watching
• Childrens activities - RRS Discovery, Sensation science centre etc.
• Clay pigeon shooting and other country pursuits.

The area is also suitable for trips further afield. There is a particularly nice day trip to Edinburgh by train while some of our guests have made day trips to Loch Lomond, the distilleries and the highlands.

Weekly lets £250 to £420 per week including bedding towels, heating and electricity

There are lots of pheasants around Kinblethmont estate - if your dog is likely to chase them it should be on a lead! Dogs can run freely on Lunan bay and Friockheim park.
