The Chauffeur’s cottage is spacious, airy home from home that sleeps 6 in three bedrooms. With the additional child’s zed bed it will sleep 7. It is in the heart of Kinblethmont estate next to Kinblethmont House and is surrounded by woodlands. It is semi-detatched to the Studio next door but has its own private terrace and grassed area. There are woodland walks all around and Kinblethmont walled garden a short stroll away.
The Cottage is heated by biofuels from Kinblethmont estate and has full central heating and free wifi (rural connection)
Ground Floor
Entrance via vestibule with store cupboard, and WC.
Large kitchen diner with all mod cons including dishwasher and washer/dryer and large kitchen table.
Large sitting room with wood-burning stove comfortable sofas and large television with free sat.
Upstairs
Bedroom 1 – Large double with kingsize bed, large cupboard, en-suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2 – Has 2 single beds that can be joined to make a super king sized bed if required.
Private Bathroom – next to bedroom 2 has large shower.
Bedroom 3 -Has 2 single beds that can be joined to make a super king sized bed if required.
Private bathroom – next to bedroom 3 has a bath
Child’s zed bed can be put in bedroom 1 or bedroom 3.
Outside
Outside there is plenty of parking. There is a terrace with wooden outdoor dining furniture, BBQ and a grassed area.
There are lots of paths on Kinblethmont estate including one that takes you to the sheltered walled garden – a huge area for use by holiday cottage guests with children’s play area, outdoor table tennis, seating areas and various garden games.
